Curlspective Mobile App
Curlspective is a native IPhone application. It allows the user an opportunity to learn and improve how they feel about natural hair. The overall idea is to create personal profiles that allows the user to keep a daily journal about how they emotionally feel about their natural hair and connect with others who share in the everyday joys and pains of maintaining and embracing natural curly hair.
Along with the personal updates, the application provides tips, interaction with other same hair types. The Curly Challenge feature allows the user to have fun with learning tips and basic maintenance on a daily basis. Another feature is called Hair Moods which allows the user to rate how they are feeling about their hair on a daily basis.
Embrace messy hair and learn to love the natural hair because its apart of a woman’s identy.

About Me
Experienced Graphic Design Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the museums and institutions industry. Skilled in OS X, Microsoft Word, E-commerce, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign. Strong arts and design professional with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) focused in Web Design and New Media from Academy of Art University.
During my time at AAU I have found a passion for motion graphics as well as visual design. I currently live in the San Fransisco and work part time at AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants. I have had a few internships where I have worked with clients on food packaging, flyers, infographics, and some branding. My goal is to become a better well rounded professional.
